To install PC-Datex, you need administrator rights.

  1. To download the file, click on the link at the bottom of this page and save the file, e.g. in C:temp.
  2. Unzip the zip file.
  3. Double-click setup.exe.
    The installation wizard starts. The directory C:Program Files (x86)PcDatex is created.
  4. Start Excel.
  5. In Excel, choose File> Options.
    The Excel Options window appears.
  6. Choose Add-ins.
  7. In the window below, choose Manage> Excel Add-ins> Go to ...
    The Add-Ins window appears.
  8. Choose Browse.
    The file selection window Browse appears.
  9. Navigate to the directory C:Program Files (x86)PcDatex.
  10. Select the file with the extension * .xlam and click on Open.
  11. Click OK.
